Out of the 1,955,069 candidates who sat for the exam, only a small number scored high marks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the analysis, only 4,756 candidates scored 320 and above, which is just 0.24% of the total. Another 7,658 scored between 300 and 319. In total, just 12,414 candidates scored above 300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most candidates scored between 160 and 199, with 983,187 candidates falling in this range. That makes up 50.29% of all candidates. Meanwhile, 488,197 candidates scored between 140 and 159, and 334,560 got scores from 200 to 249.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Very few people scored below 100, with just 2,031 candidates in that category. Only 3,820 scored between 100 and 119.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JAMB also revealed that 40,247 underage candidates were allowed to sit for the exam to show their special skills. However, only 467 of them (1.16%) scored high enough to be called \u201cexceptional.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some problems were reported during the exam. A total of 97 candidates were caught cheating, while 2,157 are still being investigated for possible exam malpractice. Also, 71,701 candidates were absent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some students had problems with biometric verification.
