{"id":2783,"date":"2026-03-13T10:12:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/giftconsult.com.ng\/blog\/?p=2783"},"modified":"2026-03-13T10:12:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T10:12:46","slug":"lasu-opens-application-for-full-time-and-part-time-postgraduate-programmes-for-2025-2026-academic-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/giftconsult.com.ng\/blog\/lasu-opens-application-for-full-time-and-part-time-postgraduate-programmes-for-2025-2026-academic-session\/","title":{"rendered":"LASU OPENS APPLICATION FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES FOR 2025\/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Postgraduate School of Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Full-Time and Part-Time postgraduate programmes for the 2025\/2026 academic session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Applicants must possess Five (5) credit passes at the Ordinary Level (GCE, WASC, SSCE, NECO, NABTEB or Grade II), including English Language for all courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In addition, Mathematics credit is compulsory for candidates applying to programmes in Science, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Educational Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Interested applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Thirty Thousand, Three Hundred Naira (\u20a630,300.00) through the LASU online payment platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>All applicants will also be required to sit for a qualifying entrance examination at the LASU Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos.<br>Applicants are advised to visit the official university website for detailed programme requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>CLOSING DATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The sale of application forms will close four (4) weeks from the date of publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>All completed applications must be submitted online, after which applicants are expected to print a copy of their e-Registration slip for reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>IMPORTANT NOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicants who have not completed their NYSC programme or are currently enrolled in another postgraduate programme should not apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic transcripts must be submitted within two (2) weeks after the closing date for application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests for transfer of application forms from one department to another will not be entertained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must personally attend the selection and written examinations, as no make-up test will be conducted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates must provide valid email addresses and phone numbers during the application process.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEPS TO APPLY FOR LASU POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the LASU postgraduate application portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cStep 1\u201d to generate an Application Number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your bio-data and select the preferred postgraduate programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Continue to proceed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the generated Application Number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceed to Step 2 to make the required payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After payment, return to Step 3 to continue the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your Application Number and Surname.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete all required details in the form.<br>Submit and print your completed application form.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONTACT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>For further enquiries, candidates may contact:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The Senior Deputy Registrar\/Secretary<br>Postgraduate School<br>Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos<br>Email: secretary-pgs@lasu.edu.ng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The announcement was signed by Emmanuel A.
