He congratulated Christians across Nigeria and in the diaspora on the occasion of Easter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Tunji-Ojo encouraged Nigerians to reflect on and practice the values demonstrated by Jesus Christ, including selflessness, forgiveness, patience, and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further urged citizens to remain committed to unity, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence, noting that these values are essential for national stability and progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister reiterated the government\u2019s commitment to implementing policies that will promote national renewal, economic development, and shared prosperity for all Nigerians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also wished Christians a peaceful and joyful Easter celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement was e-signed by Dr. Magdalene Ajani, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Government has declared Friday, April 3, and Monday, April 6, 2026, as public holidays to mark this year\u2019s Easter celebration.
