{"id":3201,"date":"2026-05-15T15:30:27","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T15:30:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/giftconsult.com.ng\/blog\/?p=3201"},"modified":"2026-05-15T15:30:29","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T15:30:29","slug":"jamb-activates-2026-change-of-institution-and-course-portal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/giftconsult.com.ng\/blog\/jamb-activates-2026-change-of-institution-and-course-portal\/","title":{"rendered":"JAMB ACTIVATES 2026 CHANGE OF INSTITUTION AND COURSE PORTAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially activated the 2026 UTME Change of Institution and Course portal for candidates who wish to modify their admission choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates can now proceed to accredited CBT centres nationwide to: \u2022 Change their institution of choice<br>\u2022 Change their course\/programme<br>\u2022 Correct admission-related details where necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This development gives candidates the opportunity to make strategic changes based on their UTME scores, preferred institutions, admission requirements, or other personal decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JAMB has advised all candidates to carry out the process only at accredited CBT centres approved by the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates are also encouraged to: \u2022 Carefully confirm institution requirements before making changes<br>\u2022 Ensure the selected course matches their UTME subject combination<br>\u2022 Upload their O\u2019Level results on JAMB CAPS if not yet uploaded<br>\u2022 Avoid unauthorized agents or cybercaf\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ORIGINAL RESULT PRINTING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JAMB also announced that printing of the <em>2026 Original UTME Result Slip<\/em> will officially commence on <em>Monday, 18th May 2026.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original result slip is one of the important documents required for: \u2022 Post-UTME screening<br>\u2022 Admission processing<br>\u2022 Scholarship applications<br>\u2022 Clearance and documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates are advised to keep checking for further updates regarding admissions and screening exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially activated the 2026 UTME Change of Institution and Course portal for candidates who wish to modify their admission choices.
