FEDERAL UNIVERSITY LOKOJA (FUL) RELEASES PART-TIME DEGREE PROGRAMME ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Institute of Continuing Education, Federal University Lokoja invites applications for 2024/2025 Part-Time Degree Programmes The Part-Time Degree programme is designed for the working class who could not afford the luxury of full-time university education. Classes are held on Fridays and Saturdays.

Programmes:

B.Sc. Political Science

B.A. History and International Studies

B.Sc. (Hons) Economics

B.Sc. (Hons) Geography

B.A. English and Literary Studies

Duration of Program:

Duration for Part-Time Part-1 is 4 years based on 3 contact periods in a year

Duration for Part-Time Part-2 (Direct Entry) is 3 years based on 3 contact periods in a year

Admission Requirement Part 1 (100 Level):

Applicants are required to possess credits in at least five (5) relevant O’level subjects including English and Mathematics obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

Admission Requirement Part 2 (200 Level) – Direct Entry:

For the three-year programme, candidates should possess five (5) relevant credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate, including English and Mathematics obtained in not more than two (2) sittings. In addition, candidates must possess a minimum of Upper Credit pass in relevant courses at the National Diploma level.
