The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has officially activated its Post-UTME registration portal for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates who selected UNILAG as their First Choice Institution in the 2026 UTME and meet the admission requirements can now proceed with their screening registration.
As one of Nigeria’s most competitive and highly sought-after universities, prospective applicants are advised to complete their registration early and ensure all required documents are properly uploaded.
REGISTRATION PERIOD
📅 Registration Opens: Monday, 15th June 2026
📅 Registration Closes: Wednesday, 8th July 2026
Candidates are strongly advised not to wait until the deadline before registering to avoid last-minute issues.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the UNILAG Post-UTME Screening Exercise, candidates must:
✅ Choose UNILAG as First Choice Institution in the 2026 UTME
✅ Score a minimum of 200 in the 2026 UTME
✅ Possess at least Five (5) O’Level Credits including English Language and Mathematics
✅ Obtain the required O’Level credits in not more than two sittings
✅ Be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2026
✅ Upload O’Level results on both JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG portal on or before 14th August 2026
ONLINE POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE
UNILAG has announced that the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Aptitude Test will be conducted online.
📅 Screening Date:
Monday, 27th July 2026 – Friday, 31st July 2026
Candidates are advised to prepare adequately, as performance in the screening exercise remains a key factor in the admission process.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON O’LEVEL UPLOAD
Candidates who fail to upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG portal before the stipulated deadline may not be considered for admission, regardless of their UTME score.
Applicants are advised to verify that their results have been successfully uploaded and reflected on both platforms.
