The management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has officially commenced registration for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Admission Screening Exercise.
Candidates who selected OAU as their First Choice Institution and meet the admission requirements can now proceed with their online registration.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must:
✅ Choose Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) as First Choice Institution
✅ Score a minimum of 200 in the 2026 UTME
✅ Possess the required O’Level qualifications for their chosen course
✅ Direct Entry candidates must possess acceptable qualifications such as NCE, OND, HND, IJMB, JUPEB, or other approved certificates
Candidates who did not choose OAU as First Choice must first carry out a Change of Institution through JAMB before applying.
IMPORTANT DATES
📅 Registration Opens: Tuesday, 16th June 2026
📅 Registration Closes: Friday, 14th August 2026
📅 Printing of Screening Slip: Monday, 24th August 2026
📅 Physical Screening Exercise: Tuesday, 1st September – Saturday, 5th September 2026
Candidates are advised to complete their registration early and avoid waiting until the closing date.

HOW TO APPLY

2️⃣ Verify your details using your JAMB Registration Number, Email Address, and Phone Number
3️⃣ Generate your payment invoice
4️⃣ Pay the prescribed screening fee
5️⃣ Login to complete the online application form
6️⃣ Upload your required credentials
7️⃣ Submit and print your registration slip
PHYSICAL SCREENING NOTICE
Unlike some institutions conducting online screening, OAU will conduct a Physical Screening Exercise for all registered candidates.
Successful applicants are expected to print their Screening Schedule Slip from 24th August 2026 to view:

✅ Time
✅ Seating Arrangement
