The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released additional results for candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18, 2026.
RESULTS FOR APRIL 17 & 18 CANDIDATES
According to the latest update, a total of 1,264,940 results from the second and third days of the examination have now been made available for candidates to check.
This follows the earlier release of 632,752 results for candidates who wrote the examination on Thursday, April 16.
With this new update, the total number of UTME results released so far stands at 1,897,692.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR 2026 UTME RESULT
Candidates can check their results using the official method provided by JAMB:
- Send UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number used during registration
Ensure you have sufficient airtime before sending the message.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
Candidates are advised to:
- Use only their registered phone number
- Follow official JAMB guidelines
- Avoid fraudulent links or individuals claiming to upgrade results
FINAL NOTE
JAMB continues to release results in batches as the examination progresses. Candidates who have not yet seen their results are advised to remain calm and keep checking through the official channel.
