The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the provisional international timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates.
The timetable, updated as of March 12, 2026, applies to all member countries and serves as a comprehensive guide for final-year secondary school students preparing for the examination.
It contains detailed information including examination dates, subjects, paper codes, durations, and scheduled times for each paper. Candidates across West Africa, including Nigeria, are advised to study the timetable carefully to plan their preparation effectively.
WAEC also urged candidates and schools to pay close attention to time zone differences and strictly follow any instructions indicated on the question papers, especially in cases where there may be discrepancies.
