What Actually Happens After JAMB Results

Most students think getting a good JAMB score is the hard part. After your result comes out, there are five more stages to get through before you are fully admitted, and each one has its own deadline with its own ways to go wrong.

1

Post-UTME Registration

After JAMB results are released, universities open a window for you to register for their Post-UTME. Some schools keep this open for a few weeks, others for up to a month. But once it closes, it does not reopen, and many students miss it because they did not know it had opened.

2

Post-UTME Screening / Exam

After you register, the school needs to check that you meet their requirements. Some schools do this with a Post-UTME exam, and if you prepare with the wrong material or do not prepare at all, you risk scoring low and pulling your aggregate down with it. Other schools do Post-UTME screening, where they look at your O’Level grades and JAMB score and calculate an aggregate score from that. If your aggregate does not reach the cut-off for your course, you will not be considered for admission, no matter how well you scored on JAMB.

3

Admission List

Universities do not release all names at once. They release in batches over several weeks. Many students check once, do not see their name, and assume they were not admitted. Their name comes out in a later batch, and because they stopped checking, they never find out.

4

Acceptance and Medical Fees

When your name appears on the admission list, you have a limited number of days to pay your acceptance fee and complete your medical fee. If you miss that window, the university gives your space to someone else. These fees come with strict deadlines, and the amounts vary by school.

5

Clearance

Before you can resume as a student, you must present original copies of every required document. Wrong documents, missing documents, or documents that were not processed correctly will stop your clearance and delay your resumption.

Most students try to handle all of this on their own, and that's where things start to fall apart. They miss registration windows. They fill forms wrongly. They stop checking the admission list too early. They delay the acceptance fee. They show up at clearance with the wrong documents.

None of these mistakes happen because the student was not smart enough. They happen because the admission process in Nigeria is not properly explained, and one wrong step can cost a full year.

We handle every one of these stages for our clients, so none of it catches them off guard.

Two Ways We Can Help You

Admission Guidance

₦10,000

This is for you if you want someone to manage the entire process. We stay with you from when JAMB results come out to your clearance day.

This is for students who want someone to manage everything for them. Based on your JAMB score and O'Level results, we tell you which school and course makes sense for you, then register you for Post-UTME. From that point, we watch the admission list every day and notify you the moment your name appears, remind you before your acceptance fee deadline, and walk you through every document needed for clearance.

Missing one deadline is all it takes to lose your admission slot. When we are handling your case, that will not happen.

What is included

  • School and course selection based on your JAMB score and O'Level results
  • Post-UTME registration and preparation guidance
  • Admission list monitoring
  • Acceptance fee deadline reminders
  • Full clearance support

Admission Processing

₦8,000–₦15,000

This is for you if you already know the school you want to get into. We help you buy the form and handle everything else.

This is for students who have already decided on a school and just need someone to make sure the form is bought and filled correctly. A lot of students buy forms on their own and make small errors in the process. Those errors have cost students their admission. We know what each school is looking for. We buy the form, fill it properly, track the list, and update you at each stage.

What is included

  • Form purchase and correct completion
  • Admission list monitoring and updates
  • Screening date notifications
  • Acceptance fee deadline reminders
  • Clearance steps and follow-up
